Rich Stephenson

Rich brings more than 18 years of product development and management experience in the industry.  Recently, he served on the leadership team for Yaro, a healthcare navigation app based out of Chicago.

Previously, Rich acted in leadership roles as a Director of Product Development for Blue Cross Blue Shield, Director of Product Management for Aetna & Product Manager for both ADP and Humana.  He designed and implemented reference pricing and monetized data assets for the Blues and led the team to deliver Humana’s first HSA  product

Rich has a passion for designing & implementing services enabling healthcare consumerism by supplying actionable data to help members make informed health care decisions.  Now he leverages that passion for the benefit of members at REDU Health.

Rich holds an MBA from the Owen School at Vanderbilt.
